- Non-Disruption: You agree not to use Carxana in any way that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the website or the experience of other users. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of automated systems or software to access, scrape, or collect data from the website.

We recommend that users take appropriate measures to protect themselves during transactions, including verifying the authenticity of vehicle details and ensuring compliance with all applicable legal requirements.

Posting a car listing on Carxana is completely free of charge. We aim to make it easy and accessible for users to list their vehicles without any upfront costs. - Optional Premium Services:
In addition to free basic listings, Carxana offers optional premium services designed to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of your vehicle listings. These premium services include features such as: - Highlighted Listings: Your vehicle will be prominently displayed in search results and listings to attract more attention from potential buyers.
- Top Placement: Your listing can be placed at the top of relevant search results or categories, ensuring greater visibility.
- Enhanced Media: Premium listings can include additional photos, videos, or detailed descriptions to better showcase your vehicle.
- The costs associated with these premium services will be clearly detailed before you make a purchase. You will be able to choose the level of service that best meets your needs and budget.
